The modern way to run your orchestra

Running an orchestra means a thousand small tasks: chasing availability, catching clashes, keeping the season straight. Concertmaster is orchestra management software that takes them on, operated through the AI assistant you already use. You ask; it does the legwork; you make the calls.

A workspace built for your data

Plenty of work needs a clear view and a direct hand. Concertmaster is a beautiful, customisable workspace for your whole operation: your musicians as a table, your season as a calendar, your notes in a rich editor. See your data the way each task demands.

Shaped to your organisation

Professional, gig, community, or school, every orchestra has its own musician types, contract rules, and ways of working. Concertmaster bends to fit: a configurable data model lets each organisation shape the system to itself. Your fields, your rules.

Compose reusable workflows

Describe the routine in plain language and watch your agent assemble it. Wire it once, run it every season automatically.

Tools made for the stage

Concertmaster is not just an orchestra-flavoured database. It comes with tools shaped to how orchestras actually work.

You're here for the craft, not the busywork

Nobody joins an orchestra to live in a spreadsheet. There's an art to running one: the judgment, the timing, the hundred quiet saves no one sees that turn a thousand moving parts into a performance. That's the work worth your time. Concertmaster takes the busywork around it (the chasing, the checking, the reconciling) so the people who run the orchestra can spend their days on what drew them in, not the keyboard they're stuck behind.

Run your orchestra differently

We are taking on a small group of design-partner orchestras. You will get hands-on setup with your real data, direct access to the team, and a hand in shaping the roadmap.

Common questions

How are you different from OPAS or ArtsVision?
Orchestras have relied on capable systems like OPAS and ArtsVision for years, and for good reason: they bring real structure to a complex job. Concertmaster isn't trying to be another one of them. Where traditional software gives you a place to store and manage your season, Concertmaster lets you operate it in plain language, through the AI assistant you already use. Same solid foundation of data, with a new way to work on top of it.
Can it replace our orchestra managers and staff?
No. Concertmaster is built for the people who run the orchestra, not instead of them. Running one still takes real expertise and judgment to steer; Concertmaster clears the repetitive busywork so that expertise goes further, on the decisions that actually need a person.
Which model do you use under the hood?
None of our own, by design. Concertmaster isn't an AI with a model baked in. You connect the assistant you already use, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent that supports the MCP protocol, and it operates Concertmaster for you. You're never locked into ours, and never paying us for AI usage.
How do you keep our data secure?
We treat your roster as the sensitive data it is. Every organisation's data is fully isolated (multi-tenant separation), access is governed by role-based permissions, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow standard data-protection practices, including GDPR-minded handling and data export or deletion on request.
Do we need to be technical?
No. If you can describe what you want in plain language, you can run Concertmaster.
Is it available yet?
We're in a design-partner phase, building the product hand-in-hand with a small mix of professional, gig, and community orchestras. Not yet generally available.
